At Mystic Deer, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our 30-day return policy has you covered.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@mysticdeer.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and your return authorization.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us photos within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the item you would like. This ensures the fastest processing during busy periods.
Exceptions
Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for a return.
