We offer worldwide shipping from our fulfillment partner locations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons (November-December), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

United States: Free standard shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $5.99. Estimated delivery 5-10 business days.
Canada: Flat rate of $9.99. Estimated delivery 7-14 business days.
Rest of world: Calculated at checkout based on destination. Estimated delivery 10-20 business days.
Express shipping options may be available at checkout for select destinations.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time from your account or via the carrier’s website.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to calculate these charges in advance.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@mysticdeer.com with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
